On your first visit you are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to confirm your treatment and complete the necessary paperwork and medical questionnaire. It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible.
Upon subsequent visits we expect you to notify us of any changes regarding your health, lifestyle and contact details as this is important in regards to your treatment.
Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off during your treatment and when on the premises.
It is NOT permitted to bring food or drink onto our premises.
We operate a strictly NON-SMOKING policy.
You will be expected to wear appropriate clothing at all times during your treatment.
You will be required to treat your therapist with respect at all times and refrain from using abusive language or behaviour. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in you being asked to leave without refund.
We accept the following forms of Payment - Cash, Our Gift Vouchers, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (to which a 70p charge applies). If paying by Gift Voucher, please remember that no Gift Voucher will be accepted beyond the expiry date shown on your vouchers. Gift Vouchers are only valid in their original condition with both an expiry date and staff signature. We do not give change for Gift Vouchers or redeem for cash value.
We reserve the right to review our charging policies at any time without notification
If you should arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.
Parents of children under the age of 16 need to sign a consent form in order for their child(ren) to use the facilities and undergo treatment
All treatments are carried out subject to medical questionnaire, which you will be required to complete on arrival. We advise you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to complete this form. If any treatment is found to be un-suitable, a qualified therapist will recommend, where possible an alternative treatment subject to availability.
If you wish to extend your stay by using our extra facilities you will be allocated a locker. Please ensure all valuables are locked away. We will not take responsibility for the loss or damage to clients personal belongings, however caused.
Cancellations And Bookings
It is important to make cancellations in advance giving as much notice as possible. There will be a £10.00 cancellation fee for non-attendance or any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that this fee is NOT discharged until paid in full, regardless of the period of time between visits. Please note that we cannot take any further bookings from you, until the cancellation fee is paid in full.
